Ethical, Transparent & Student-First Guidance
Nature of Educational Services
VEHA's Admission Guidance operates as an independent educational consulting firm. Our services encompass course mapping, campus comparisons, eligibility verification, single-window portal guidance (TNEA, NEET), and assistance with formal institutional quota application procedures in accredited institutions across Chennai, Coimbatore, and South India.
Candidate Eligibility & Parental Involvement
Our guidance is open to 10th/12th standard students, undergraduate degree holders, and their parents or legal guardians. Candidates below 18 years of age must undertake all major course enrollment decisions with the active involvement and written consent of a parent or guardian.
Admission Decisions & Seat Allotments
Final admission decisions, cutoff determinations, and official seat matrices are administered solely by the respective autonomous colleges, deemed universities, and government regulatory authorities. VEHA facilitates the application, shortlisting, and allotment tracking but does not unilaterally grant academic degrees or bypass statutory eligibility rules.
Information Accuracy & Fee Structure Verification
While we make exhaustive efforts to maintain updated information regarding tuition fees, hostel charges, NAAC accreditations, and cutoffs, universities may alter their fee structures or eligibility norms during the academic year. Candidates are advised to cross-verify the final official prospectus before fee payment.
User Responsibilities & Genuine Documentation
Candidates and parents agree to furnish authentic marksheets, transfer certificates, community certificates, and entrance scorecards. Submission of forged, falsified, or misleading credentials will lead to immediate termination of guidance without liability.
Direct College Payments
Under no circumstances does VEHA collect college tuition fees into unauthorized personal accounts. All formal academic fees must be remitted directly to the college or university bank account against valid institutional receipts.
Intellectual Property
All brand marks, logos, website layout, original articles, and course comparison frameworks published on this website are the intellectual property of VEHA's Admission Guidance and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of our counselling services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu.
