Refund & Cancellation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to professional educational guidance, customized career profiling, and application-handling fees charged directly by VEHA's Admission Guidance. It does not govern tuition fees, exam fees, or deposits remitted directly to universities or colleges.

Students or parents who wish to reschedule or cancel a booked one-on-one counselling appointment may do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot via phone or WhatsApp. Appointments cancelled before commencement are eligible for full rescheduling or fee consideration.

• Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If a cancellation is formally lodged before any institutional application processing or document verification has begun, a refund may be granted minus any non-recoverable payment gateway charges.
• Post-Delivery of Guidance: Once comprehensive one-on-one counselling sessions, personalized college shortlisting reports, or application filings have been completed, consulting fees are non-refundable.

All institutional seat reservation fees, college application portal charges, entrance examination fees, and hostel deposits paid directly to colleges or universities are subject solely to the refund policies of those respective institutions. VEHA does not process refunds for third-party institutional funds.

Approved refunds will be credited back via the original mode of payment (bank transfer / UPI) within 5 to 7 working days following formal management approval. Candidates will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation once the remittance is completed.
